Fox Coaster – Woodland Lullaby

The Story:

One evening when John was packaging a large print for shipment to its new home with a collector, a bit of movement outside the gallery windows caught his eye. He looked up to see this beautiful Red Fox looking back at him through the glass, perhaps curious about the packaging process. That spring, the gallery became a regular stop on the vixen’s hunting loop, and we had many excited customers who got to see her visit! After closing up one evening, John and his daughter, Charis, decided to check in on her and her young family, and watched her tuck the kits in for the night then curl up against a tree a short distance away. The migrating songbirds had recently returned, and with the first buds of life in the foliage around her, the birdsong and gentle spring breeze seemed to lull her to sleep.

• Coasters have an attractive dark edge for a touch of class and contrast
• We recommend hand-washing the face of the coaster if you need to clean up a spill (Dishwasher is not recommended)
