1. Exchange Period
You may exchange the print or item within 14 days of receiving it for another piece of equal or lesser value, or apply the purchase price before taxes and shipping toward the purchase of an item of greater value.
2. Conditions for Exchanges
The item purchased must be in its original, undamaged condition. If the item was received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the print or item is not being returned due to having been received damaged, you are responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the replacement. If the original print or item was received damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at gallery@launsteinimagery.com. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the print or item. Once the return is processed, we will coordinate the shipment of your new selection.
